Here's some recipes i have tried recently. Perfect if you need handy high protein snacks!
Clean eating can be tricky, so im always trying new recipes, to satisfy my sweet tooth but providing me with protein and good nutrition at the same time!
I don't have loads of time to spend in the Kitchen so I tend to cook up a couple of batches of a few different recipes at the same time to last the week. It really helps me stick to my diet as having healthy snacks pre prepared, they are all handy to have in the house, to take to work, or to pack in hand luggage while traveling. Its not always easy to find a convenient snack on the go- especially when you are surrounded by tempting treats at cafes, shops and vending machines!! SO its always best to be prepared and have some easy to pack treats with you!
Im going to keep adding some of may favourite recipes and new ones as I discover them. My goal is to have tasty treats, that provide good nutrition and help me stick to my clean eating diet.
If you try them and have suggestions or feedback, or you tried a variation on them..please comment! Id love to hear your experiences!Protein
